The hotel's location is beautiful and serene.
We faced numerous issues during our stay. The room was not cleaned on the first day, and even when it was later, it was still not satisfactory with bins not emptied or fresh tea and coffee provided. The final night, water leaked through the ceiling into the bathroom, which was quite concerning and added to the overall disappointment of the experience.

Paihia paradise 🌊
Big room, lekker big beds and a clean bathroom! The brekkie buffet was a hit with the kids—so much choices, we loved it! The gardens are beautiful and it felt like a little escape. The staff were really friendly too, made us feel right at home!
Just a bit of a schlep to walk into town, took about 15 minutes.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We explored the incredible Waitangi Treaty Grounds and enjoyed an independent kayak tour around the stunning Urupukapuka Bay. The spacious rooms were well-equipped and clean. The breakfast selection was good and kept us fueled for our adventures.
One downside was our experience with parking. it was a bit awkward and hard to find a spot at times, especially during busy hours.
